About the Role
As a Strategy and Policy Lead for the department, you'll be at the heart of strategic thinking and planning across both councils. You'll work closely with senior leaders, councillors, and partners to ensure we remain ahead of national and regional policy developments, while driving forward our strategies and plans.
This is a role for someone who can see the bigger picture, translate policy into action, and inspire collaboration across diverse teams.
