Many of the young people you will work with have experienced disrupted education, so the ability to engage, motivate, and provide structure is essential.\n\nProspero Teaching will work closely with you to monitor progress and ensure each learner receives high‑quality, consistent support.\n\nContract / Position Details\n\nLocation - Bromley and surrounding areas\nPosition - Outreach Tutor (Primary & Secondary)\nType of Work - 1:1 tuition (SEN and mainstream pupils)\nStart Date - ASAP\nDuration - Ongoing, dependent on student needs\nContract Type - Temporary\nHours -\n10-15 hours per week, OR\nAfter‑school hours only for pupils attending school\nRate of Pay - From £25 per hourExperience, Training and Qualifications\n\nQTS, QTLS, PGCE or equivalent\nExperience teaching Primary or Secondary curriculum\nStrong SEN experience (highly desirable)\nMinimum 6 months' experience in a UK school setting\nUp‑to‑date Safeguarding Training (desirable)To Be Eligible for This Role, You Must:\n\nHold Right to Work in the UK\nHold an Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one\nProvide two professional references covering the last two yearsAdditional Information\n\nIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with an up‑to‑date CV.
