Product Manager (ERP)

Role & Company Overview

Our client, a leading global FinTech company, are looking for a Product Manager to join their team, to focus on the ERP integrations and own a product end-to-end, from discovery and roadmap through delivery and the metrics it moves. You already use AI as part of how you think, plan, prototype, and ship, and shape how the team does the same.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the in-product workflows across leading ERP and accounting platforms, and the accounting orchestration layer behind them.
• Own product strategy and roadmap for a key area of the platform, shaping the customer experience across web and mobile.
• Partner with engineering to manage priorities, technical trade-offs, and delivery timelines.
• Use customer research, stakeholder feedback, and data insights to identify opportunities and prioritise initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver roadmap objectives and measure success against key business and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• 4–7 years’ product management experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
• Experience with ERP integrations, accounting systems, or financial operations, with a strong understanding of how businesses manage accounting and payments.
• Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for complex products.
• Strong customer discovery and prioritisation skills.
• Data-driven, with experience defining KPIs and measuring outcomes.
• Good technical understanding of APIs, data flows, and system architecture.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model, requiring 2 days per week onsite in Bracknell and 3 days working from home.
