?? Work Locations

As part of our community team, you will be supporting clients across the following areas:

• ?? Highly Targeted Areas (URGENT Vacancies!): SS17 & SS18 (Stanford-le-Hope and Corringham).
• Thurrock Area: Grays, Tilbury, Chadwell St Mary, Orsett, East Tilbury & Linford, Aveley & Purfleet-on-Thames, and Chafford Hundred.
• Basildon Area: Basildon, Pitsea, South Ockendon, Langdon Hills, Laindon, Billericay, Wickford, and West Horndon.
• Castle Point & Borders: Benfleet, Canvey Island, Rayleigh, Upminster, and Rainham.

?? Pay Rates & Mileage

We believe great work deserves great pay. You will receive:

• £12.71 to £13.21 per hour (depending on shift times and experience).
• ?? Mileage paid for your travel between clients!
• ? Guaranteed hours available for the right candidates giving you the security of regular work!

? Shifts 7 Days a Week

• Day Shifts: 7:00/8:00 AM 3:00/4:00 PM
• Evening Shifts: 3:00/4:00 PM 10:00 PM

?? Requirements

• Driver Essential: A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is strictly required for travel between clients.

Every day as a domiciliary Care Assistant is different, but your impact is always the same - life-changing. Youll support people to stay independent in their own homes and be a trusted part of a close-knit, local team.

? Youll help with:

• ?? Providing personal care with dignity and respect bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming
• ?? Assisting with medication preparation and administration
• ?? Helping with mobility and using aids/equipment safely
• ?? Preparing meals/snacks and offering mealtime support
• ?? Carrying out light domestic duties laundry, making beds, light cleaning
• ?? Offering companionship and reassurance building meaningful relationships

? Youll also:

• ?? Encourage social engagement and family connections
• ?? Monitor health and report any changes to healthcare professionals and family
• ?? Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
• ??? Respond to emergencies safely and effectively
• ?? Work collaboratively with families and the wider care team

?? What Youll Need (Besides a Cape and Superpowers!)

Hold onto your hats ideally, youll have at least 6 months of social care experience to join our merry band of care crusaders!

But heres the truth: what matters most to us is your heart of gold and your ability to sprinkle kindness wherever you go. Youll need to be as resilient as a rubber band and as eager to learn as a curious kitten. Dont worry well help you level up your skills and knowledge as part of our close-knit (and delightfully quirky) team.
